mediocre stay, some issues encountered

the pool looked fine, i will say. there was also a sufficient number of beds available near the pool.
I found the reception staff very unhelpful . they seemed to actively avoid eye contact and were not very friendly. also, the shower water wasn't hot in the evening. It was only warm at best so i couldn't enjoy a good hot shower after a long day.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. I asked for extra pillows and they arrived quickly. i loved the spacious room, it had a separate area for luggage! also, the pool was really clean. and there were plenty of loungers for everyone, i had no problem finding a spot.
the wifi was sometimes a bit slow in the evenings.

The hotel is close to many restaurants. I found a great spot for dinner only a few minutes away. the beach is within walking distance. and the cable cars are easily accessible too!

the pool area had fresh towels available daily, a great touch! there were also comfortable loungers to use, they were very clean and well maintained. the gym includes several treadmills and stationary bikes, i saw a variety of cardio equipment.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, so convenient. i had a balcony with a view of the pool, pretty nice. the air conditioning worked perfectly. I could control the temperature easily

The location was convenient with many shops nearby.
The room was noisy due to thin walls and street sounds. The air conditioning did not work well and the shower had inconsistent water temperatures switching between hot and cold without warning.

i stayed for several nights and enjoyed it a lot. the air conditioning in the room worked effectively , maintaining a comfortable temperature. the atm located inside the building provided easy access to cash when i needed it.
the gym equipment was in poor condition. some machines were broken , so i could not use them. this limited my workout options while staying at the location.

the staff were friendly and accommodating, from the cleaning personnel to the bar staff. the reception service was efficient, and the personnel was always willing to assist. they ensured a smooth experience , from check-in to any inquiries i had.
